Privacy Policy

Migrative Mobility Services is a division of Migrative Inc., a Florida corporation. This policy explains how we handle the personal data you give us on mobility.migrative.us and during your visa application.
Data we collect
We collect only what we need to assist you and handle your visa:
- Name, email address and phone number.
- Trip details, such as dates, purpose and prior visas.
- After payment, a photo of your passport and your ID photo.
- Payment data. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your card number.
- Basic site usage data, such as pages visited, through Vercel Web Analytics. We do not use advertising cookies.
Why we use it
We use your data to reply to you, schedule appointments, prepare the agreement, collect fees, file and follow up on your visa application, and meet legal and accounting obligations. Your documents are used only for the visa application.
Who we share it with
We give your data and documents to the authorities of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela that handle the visa application. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
We rely on service providers that process data on our behalf and only to provide their service: Stripe (payments), Microsoft 365 (email and video calls), Supabase (database and document storage), Vercel (site hosting and analytics) and Calendly (appointment scheduling).
How long we keep it
Identity documents are deleted ninety (90) days after payment. You may request earlier deletion by emailing info@migrative.us.
If you send us documents by replying to an email, they stay in our mailbox and are deleted when you ask.
Other records, such as the signed agreement, payments and correspondence, are kept as long as required for legal and accounting purposes.
Security
Documents are stored encrypted, with access restricted to the staff handling the application. No system is infallible, but we apply reasonable measures to protect your data.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by emailing info@migrative.us. We will reply within a reasonable time. Some records are kept where the law requires it.
Children
This site is not directed to anyone under 18. If the application is for a minor, a parent or legal guardian requests and signs it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is the one posted on this page, with its date.
