Effective October 24, 2026.
These terms govern the use of mobility.migrative.us, operated by Migrative Mobility Services, a division of Migrative Inc., a Florida corporation. By using the site, you accept them.
Site information
The content of the site is informational. It is not legal advice and does not replace a review of your case. Browsing the site or writing to us does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Service agreement
Services are provided only under a signed agreement between you and Migrative Inc. If these terms and the agreement differ, the agreement prevails.
The agreement is signed electronically, by checking the acceptance box and typing your full name, which has the same effect as a handwritten signature.
Fees and refunds
Fees are stated in the agreement and paid in advance. Fees are non-refundable.
Fees do not include the consular fee, which you pay directly on the Ministry's portal, nor airfare, apostilles, translations or other third-party costs.
No guarantee of outcome
We provide the service diligently and make every effort to obtain a favorable outcome. The decision to grant or deny the visa rests solely with the authorities of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. We do not guarantee approval of the visa or the response time.
Your obligations
You agree to provide truthful and complete information, including prior visas and any prior denial, and to deliver documents within the time indicated. We are not liable for a denial or delay caused by false, incomplete or omitted information, or by documents delivered late.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Migrative Inc.'s total liability to you, for any cause, is limited to the fees you paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect damages, such as travel expenses or airfare.
Privacy
The handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is the one posted on this page, with its date.
